So finally all set

So now finally i think i am all set to go. my bags are packed. got the hang of most of the features and now me gonna write my stuff.

right now i m in bangalore on a long overdue vacation. just about to fly back to delhi in a week.
lots of pending work and my Paediatric postings are waiting for me and oh my god my exam results, theyll be out too. whew enough enjoyment sonny boy and now back to work

So this is my first day here and i am quite amazed, feeling kind of wierd.
came here coz heard a lot about it.
